Profit & Loss Management can no longer be considered a "don't know" or a "scary!" thing. All business owners need one to effectively determine ways they can create and grow a better salon. This Workshop provides P&L layout tools that are easy to read, understand, and show you where your business stands against salon industry benchmarks. This class will deliver a customer service program that gives your clients what they really want while letting you further develop your own ability to lead your team to success.
Career Investment: $400.00 (two people from each salon can attend)
